It allows the delegates to understand the difference between the two terms and also the way they are critically inter-twined. Introductions to Brand Management, Customer Relationship Management and other key aspects concerning the Marketing and Sales in an organization are carefully covered.

Day 2 : MODULE B : MANAGERIAL FINANCE , ACCOUNTING & ECOCOMICS

 Brief : The 2nd day covers the overview and critical aspects of Managerial finance, accounting and Economics in an organization. It exposes the delegates to explore the difference between the terms, Finance and Accounting and also the way they are critically inter-twined. Introduction to Economics and its impact on an organizations Finance and Accounting departments and the business in general is covered intensively.
